Well in advance of your arrival, we will send you an email with information about your home.
Photos of the building / home on the outside with information about entrance, parking, etc. Information about whether the home has a code lock or whether you need to collect a key.
The property is ready for arrival / check-in from 1600 on the day of arrival.
Other times can be agreed in writing well in advance of arrival.
How do I get in?

Our homes have a key lock and / or code lock.
Code is sent on the day of arrival when the home is ready for check-in.
Keys are collected and delivered at our office Mon - Fri 08:30 - 15:30
It can be agreed in writing that we meet you at the home and hand over the key in person.
Outside our office we have a key box with a code. Here, the key can be posted and picked up / delivered in accordance with a written agreement.
Take care of your home​
The tenant is responsible for taking care of the home and its contents. Check the home on arrival and let us know immediately if something is not right.
Damage must be reported immediately.
Daily cleaning is not included in the rental. This means that the tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean and free of damage throughout the tenancy. To make this as easy as possible, we have created some simple routines for you.
Remember that regardless of whether cleaning is included or not, daily routines must be followed.
