Stavanger Housing rental has extensive experience in renting housing. We work with both short and long-term rentals. We own the homes you can rent from us or rent them out for further rental. We also offer hotel services. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels at agreed intervals.

Short-term rental

Selected homes with us are well suited for short-term letting. Fully furnished and equipped homes in central areas. You arrive to made-up beds and can just lock yourself in and enjoy your stay. 

Studio apartments and apartments with 1, 2, 3 bedrooms.
Short-term rental of a detached house is also possible. 

My rental period is 1 week (7 days). 
We also offer apartments in Bergen and Oslo for short and long term.

Long-term rental

 

All our homes are very suitable for long-term letting. With a location in the most central and popular areas, you can always be sure of living centrally and in the immediate vicinity of public transport and a short distance to do your daily shopping. 
Several homes also offer parking, both indoors and outdoors.

Long-term rent is calculated from a minimum 6-month rental period and then 3 months notice. Rent is paid monthly in advance. A 2-month deposit is agreed. Company guarantee can be agreed. 
The tenant pays their own bill for electricity, heat, gas etc. TV and Wifi are in most cases included.

We rent your home​

Do you have a home that you want to rent out? We are always interested in exciting rental homes in suburban and central areas. The home must be mine partially furnished. 
Not a basement. Parking is an advantage.

Stavanger Housing rental is a reliable partner. In comparison to other housing agents who only mediate letting, we rent your home. We are tenants and pay fixed, agreed rent every month. We do not charge any fees or charges. You receive your agreed rent every month whether someone lives in the home or not. 
With the housing agency, you only get rent when they have found a tenant for you. You must also pay for both start-up and a monthly fee for the entire rental period.
